For $245, this SB3 is a decent deal if you don't mind missing the box. The controller itself performs well for basic Serato mixing—jog wheels are smooth and pads are responsive. USB power is convenient. Not having the original box might make resale harder, but for personal use it's fine. The usual SB3 limitations apply: only 2 channels, no phono inputs, and RCA outputs only. It's a solid starter controller if you can live without the box.
