Our take
I finally got my hands on the DDJ-REV7, and it's a beast. The motorized jog wheels feel amazing for scratching—smooth and responsive. It integrates seamlessly with Serato Pro, and the 16 pads give me plenty of options for hot cues and loops. The build is solid, and having two mic inputs is great for MCs. I appreciate the XLR outputs for connecting to pro sound systems. The bundle includes two Gold Roland XLR cables, which is a nice bonus. However, at over two grand, it's a serious investment. If you're a scratch DJ looking for a top-tier controller, this is it.
